I've had a lovely display, the flowers are over. When can I cut off the leaves? They've been over since the end of April.

Leave the leaves on until they start to go brown. They need to stay on to feed the bulb for next year.

Bez is right.

Some people fold them over in a neat bunch and tie... maybe with

a bit of raffia?

Yep, what Bez said. That is the way with any bulb plant, so I am told.

thanks, all. I think I did something wrong last year. I'd had a wonderful display of white ones in a large pot last year and this year only about five. I think I must have cut them off too early.
