Portland Zoo Visit

Post by bobmielke »

After cleaning the dust out of my camera sensor I needed to test out how well I did in removing every speck. I headed for the Portland Zoo to fire off a number in shots with the intent of making sure all was good to go on my vacation. I enjoyed the familiar walk through the zoo, stopping at my favorite places to fire off a number of frames. I made sure the camera was functioning great before heading home to check the results.

All the photos showed me I had done a great job of cleaning my camera. There wasn't a single dust speck left on that sensor. There was a leisurely crowd of zoo patrons that I enjoyed photographing.

I actually haven't visited the primate area yet. I've never seen them outside and shy away from the inside viewing areas because of the need to shoot through dirty plexiglas.
