Politikovskayas killer arrested?

Still to be tried and convicted I guess but at least they have someone. I do seriously doubt he is the sole person involved in her death. Considering they had the cooperation of Belgian authorities I think it's pretty likely. I don't think they would have given him to Russia without good reason.
