So. What's Up with those Russians?
A read it was a spy swap, sounds like something out of a cold war novel.
So. What's Up with those Russians?
I understand that some are already on the plane back to Russia, and our spies on their way home.. !!
ALOHA!!
MOTTO TO LIVE BY:
"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, champagne in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming.
WOO HOO!!, what a ride!!!"

One of Stella Rimington's novels deals with the psychology of the sleeper spy who is never activated.
"Life is too short to ski with ugly men"

I read somewhere that they'll get free housing and 2000 a month for life.
I think we are not being told something, here. I think these people had to have been going for more than crap that could have been easily picked up from the national inquirer or yahoo news.
Either that, or they are all related to higher-ups in Russia who were looking for a cushy job for the in-laws somewhere that they could forget about them.
I also saw a comment that got me thinking.... it asked what our reaction would have been if these people had been Muslims

So. What's Up with those Russians?
They swapped them today, in Vienna.
So. What's Up with those Russians?
We'll probably never know the real story. If we wanted to swap spies why didn't we arrest these spies earlier? Supposedly we have known of them for years. Why now?
