Hello my Garden friends!!

Post by WonderWendy3 »

*insert super hero music here*

I just updated my profile and saw that I joined the Garden in 2006! Wow, that is craziness!

I used to spend a lot of time in the Garden. Back in those days, I worked at a company that let me on the computer all day. Ten years later, that is not the case.

Since I last visited, (about 4-5 years) I have moved to North Carolina and I live 30 minutes away from beautiful beaches, obtained a Bachelors degree, gained a daughter-in-law, lost my father and a just recently lost our family dog of 12 years.

I look forward to meeting new friends here in the garden and reuniting with friends that still remember me :yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl.

Hi Wendy, I'm an old timer here too, I remember you and it's nice to see you back here. :)

I also don't get on here as much as I did back in the old days, like when Lady Cop was here. (Don't know if you know, sadly, She passed away around 3 years ago)

Well, happy posting!

Well, happy posting! Hello Cars!! I remember you too! I am sorry to hear that Lady Cop passed away 3 years ago. I knew her but wasn't as close as many were to her. I hope all is well with you!

Thanks, yes all is good here.

It's good to see that some of the old regulars are returning, likely to drop in here more often now.

Hi WW3, welcome back to Forum Garden ! It is so good to see familiar names returning to the garden. I remember you from around 2007 helping me over some issue I had at that time, and I know I was very grateful to you. Your shoulder was very comfortable as I remember! You see, you may have forgotten because much time has passed, but I certainly haven't ! :yh_wink :D

By the way, more sad news in case you hadn't heard - Carolly (Friends Of Carol) died a couple or so years ago, as did Odie.

AWE sad to hear the loss of some of our golden oldies from years gone by.

Anyone have news on Far/Jester? He was a laugh and a half.

WW3 I am doing great. Still upright and still laughing.

I believe Jester went on a crusade to deny Obama credibility. In fact, I believe he shut down his business in protest to Obama's election. Last I saw a number of years ago he was writing a blog or something all about what a hero he was and a waste Obama was. You're right - a laugh and a half.

LOL Ahso, Far definitely had his "opinions"

but then again a couple years ago I think a few of us on here though we were 6 foot tall and bullet proof.

Far was one of the good guys - although I disagreed with a lot of his opinions it was always a pleasure to debate them with him :-)
