Looks like the rear end of an insect of some kind...on the water....do you really want to know what it is, or is this a 'conversation' piece Clancy ? ;)

Hello Clancy, what you have there is a Shield Bug.

Sometimes they vary in shape and colour, depends what part of the country you find them in.;) have a look here mate.

No...please please don't go there....we've been there all week (at FG I hasten to add)...it's been exhausting !!!! You'll have to go searching to see what I mean....but don't because we won't see you til Easter :D
