Maybe we should leave him some early tricks or treats, and then he will give us a hint?

We'll get a store online after we get a decent logo! I'm looking forward to that myself!

Please, Tombstone. There are some of us gardeners to whom you could bring a chink of light in the dark night, a little hope in the hopelessness, a reason to be, a dream in the midst of nightmares, some relief from the cruel hands of fate, love where love seems not, ...I beg you, I plead...

(That should do it :sneaky: )

Oh I love surprises!!! Such anticipation, such excitement, (I'm getting this feeling that I might be getting too carried away with this hehehe :D )

Don't suppose we could get a clue at to at least when this new feature will happen?? Please?? Pretty please?? Pretty please with a cherry on top?? :p

Nothing is working, Chris

Maybe we should change tactic?

(or it could be that Tombstone is fast asleep and blissfully unaware of our suffering?)

Keep those thoughts coming, Chris...I have to be honest, the word "heavy" came to mind but, well, you know...I'm off to work for a couple of hours but I'll be musing just the same...this is a difficult one...careful planning needed...

Telling the gardeners you are adding a new feature and not telling what it is, is as mean as telling a child (or me) that you bought them a present and aren't saying what it is. *Lays on floor kicking feet and screaming*

This thread has taken on a life of its own!

Now don't get too excited! Once I announce it, you may all say: "oh, that's okay - hey! that's not so great! we want something better!" :D :D

But if you do ... I'll take the blame. :o

We are rolling out a new hosted BLOG service. Free to all registered FG'ers! It will be based on WordPress.

You will be able to create your own blog, choose your own theme, and have your own subdomain at forumgarden.

For example, anastrophe's blog's URL would be: anastrophe.forumgarden.net

Nice and clean.

And, for those who are so inclined, they can apply for Google Adsense and place their own Google Adsense within their posts/blog - so they can have a chance of making a little (or a lot) or money on their blog.

How does that sound?

OK...did that...

Your blog is your personal webpage that allows you to easily publish your thoughts, opinions and ideas.

As a 'blogger' I will be 'blogging' when I update the 'blog' (journal)....correct ?

Now I know what to expect, I can't wait.

Get outta town, our own blog. OMG you may get sick and tired of me ahahahahaha So this will be a bit like replacing journals, and folks can comment? Oh gee better keep the xxx rated stuff close to my heart ahahaha as iff.... I for one think this is cool as can be. Awesome, I just gotta learn how to do it ahahahahahaha

Blogs, web logs. A kind of online journal you have out there for everyone and anyone to read.

A Big Thank You, Tombstone. I know what a blog is (amazingly), and although I don't understand subdomain, Wordpress and all those other technical sounding whatevers, I think it's brilliant :-6
