i just got back from france, they dont drink alcohol like us scots, they think its outrageous to see a woman drink & expect another one before the first is finished, i understand its not there culture & the whole when in rome do as the romans do, but..........................

if i am respectful to them & their customs should they not in return be respectful to mine & reach a comprimise?

my goodness the bar staff there have no idea what a shift is, made me laugh imagining any of them attempting to work a saturday night keeping everyone topped up, they'd have a breakdown :wah:
