to be honest, Capt, they are everywhere, and the quality tends to vary as much from week to week as from site to site. Sorry this isn`t too helpful, but still, enjoy Norfolk (I was in hospital in Norwich for 3 weeks!)

Yep they sure do! As a matter of fact they are called flea markets, park-n-swaps and garage/yard sales. Being an enthusiast of all the above, I was delighted to find them all over the place here! Adds to the impression that we're more alike than not.:driving:

Well I hope he hasn't gone to any boot sales near where I live. If he has then we may never see him again. Our car boot sales are HUGE and attract visitors from all around. I wonder if he's being treated well on our shores if he is here. Weather's pretty nice too today, which is always a big benefit at a car boot sale.

WE got some real bargains, after we bartered em real down

We got a set an almost complete set of time life aviation books covering all aspects of aviation through the ages. there was one missing though but no worries we thought as we had that very one that was missing at home that Greg got almost thirty years ago . now the sets complete and in perfect condition and worth alot more than the £8 that we paid for them and thats less than half that he was asking for them is that bartering or what ,Here is a pic of them said books

Most of the carboots are rubbish down here cos all the dealers get the best pickings as they are allowed to go in before the public. Very hard to get a bargain these days!! Think Buzz will like our Farmers Markets if he comes across any of them...expect they'll seem quite quaint and very English!
