I am so dissappointed in you and anyone else here that think this kind of humour is funny, the guy is so obviously downs syndrome and the person who dressed him up like this must be sick in the head.

I have a very broad minded sense of humour but this to me is worse than any, even rascist jokes that I have seen or heard

I very rarely give my opinion about anything on this forum but I thought this warranted it.

If I am wrong then I appologise in advance.

I don't know, but it looks to me like that's a bottle of Old No 7 in his hand. I know this big bellied guy that had to gross everyone out every Halloween, he dressed like a Harem girl one year. I think the guy might just be really drunk.

I dont think the guy is downs syndrome - i think the picture is what it is .
