Beautiful pictures Sunny. Are these missions in San Antonio or on the outskirts?

The Alamo is in the middle of downtown and the other 4 are all 2-3 miles apart as you head south! :)

No not at all, it's great being able to look at other people's pics, as it gives you a great glimpse of what life is like around the world. If anything it really makes you want to travel around and witness all the beauty that our world has to offer.

Recently the road connecting all of the missions has been renovated. The street lamps mark the road.

Many tourist miss the spanish govenor's mansion. You can stand in the room where Jim Bowie signed his marriage license with Ursila Verimendi. She was the Govenor's daughter. The were marrried in San Fernando cathedral.

They are indeed. I like the idea that such places exist in the USA.

I am told San Antonio is one of the few cities in the US where you can see the Euopean influence.

That's quite a website you've built, JB. What got you started on it?

I think you're my long lost sister, Snooze.

Third pic down (of the doubles) on the left, yes? My fave.

Thanks mucho, JB. Estos son magnificos! Verdad!
