You're welcome Odie.....I think I mentioned this in the pub long ago. This drink is actually called a "Blue Hawaiian." but I like the name "Blue Lagoon" better.

Here's the recipe....I had one on Tuesday and one today...yummy.

"Blue Lagoon"

An old favorite - Conjure up a Waikiki happy hour anywhere!

1 oz. Light Rum

1 oz Blue Curacao

2 oz Pineapple Juice

1 oz Cream of Coconut (optional)

Can be served straight up, over ice, or blended.

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice, shake well, and serve in a Collins or a martini glass.
