What do you think of purity balls?

Ummm. Fear of comparison may be part of it, though the fact that most men do have more than one partner over time suggests it's not the be all and end all.

I think the issue of virginity is mostly to do with knowing who the father is. An ongoing issue for most men. Men aren't perfect. Nor are women.

It's only because girls have to be taught that. Boys instinctively know they need women from birth.

Sirrus, tho. More fathers should take their daughters out for an evening of doting and 'just for you' time. Trying to tie sex into it can only damage self esteem, I would think. If a dad really wanted to keep his little girl's legs closed, he'd teach her INdependence, not dependence.

I would say mostly in the South...the Bible Belt.
