Somali Pirates

The European Court of Human Rights says France violated the rights of Somali pirates who had attacked French ships and has ordered compensation for them over judicial delays



If I get this right this is all about events in Europe namely France and their legal delays rather than arbitration on the Somali Pirate situation............

(But I bet it will wind a few of our regulars up.)
I thought I knew more than this until I opened my mouth
