Would like to update C Cleaner but worried it will mess up, how do I correct this ple

Last time I put it on it wouldn't let me access my Amazon account. How do I upgrade and correct this please?

What, exactly, happened last time?

CCleaner is a disc utility - it does not control who or what you access over the internet. Update it as normal and we'll see what changes you might have to make to the run parameters depending on the symptoms you saw.
