Have you been doing that good luck dance?
The poolhall's a great equalizer. In the poolhall, nobody cares how old you are, how young you are, what color your skin is or how much money you've got in your pocket... It's about how you move. I remember this kid once who could move around a pool table like nobody had ever seen. Hour after hour, rack after rack, his shots just went in. The cue was part of his arm and the balls had eyes. And the thing that made him so good was... He thought he could never miss. I know, 'cause that kid was me.

He looked pretty bad when he went down in Game 6.

They should put Horry in every time West comes in. He won't even have to do anything, just be there. :sneaky:

When they hit the court, all eyes will be on West, who left Game 6 with a back injury after taking a blow to the area from Spurs veteran forward Robert Horry early in the fourth quarter

They act like Horry went out to intentionally hurt him!

West backed into him!

That's how I saw it anyway....:D

It is always a good matchup with Lakers and Spurs, they are both excellent teams. You have the time advantage watching it, I knew I would be too tired for school if I stayed up. My two Laker buddies at school made me the highlights to watch at lunch. :)

It was great to see Brent Barry back in form. I know no one knows his story except for us here, but he was badly injured around New Year's, got traded away so we could get Kurt Thomas, then eventually came back in some kind of NBA closed door soap opera deal. Last night was the first time since then I've seen him play really well. He's one of the best passers around.

I fell asleep toward the end, believe it or not. We didn't deserve the win anyway, no better than we played. But I heard that there was a really obvious foul right at the end that didn't get called. Is that accurate?

Fisher fouled Barry at the end of the game.....

I seriously believe that if joey crawford wouldn't have been refereeing the game, Barry would have got his three free throws an we'd be 2-2....:-5

I recorded it and watched the end last night. The foul was before the shot so it would only have been two shots. Barry is something like 95% from the free throw line, so the game would almost certainly have gone into overtime. You may be right about Crawford, though.
