I have a feeling the Vikes are going to be better this year.

I may be wrong but I like Wade Phillips over Bill Parcells also. I never liked Parcells he always seemed to be playing not to lose. Not unlike Childress at times.

Forget about the questions of who's going to throw and catch it or who's going to protect against the pass... I'm wondering how long they can all stay out of trouble? :wah:

They need to give him the ball more often. I think he will get rookie of the year.

I think they should just line him up behind the center snap him the ball and let him run thus eliminating the pain of having to watch Tavaris Jackson run around in circles then fall down.

Ok Mr. N-mad,

I agree with you, (they) DO have a team...... even with their last loss to a bunch of over rated (over paid) cowgirls.

I don't think Favre will make it the whole season. He's about used up. The Packers will slam the snot out of him if they get a chance. My opinion.

Im excited. We have an offense AND a defense. Cant remember the last time the stars were aligned for us. Got some new talent in Percy Harvy. Best running game in the league, top notch defense and some receivers. Itll be good to see some footballs in the air again.

Worst case scenario....cant hurt.

I don't mind him coming back, no one said anything about Testaverde when he was like 45 years old playing. He has always been fun to watch whether he does good or bad. I hope he does well until he plays against Dallas in the NFC championship game. :yh_rotfl

I had to try. If the Cowboys suck as bad as I'm afraid they might, I very well may jump on the Vikes bandwagon. Peterson is from my beloved OU.
