The German Shepherd, or Alsatian (as some people call them), is one of the most trainable and intelligent of all of the dogs. I love them.

Below is our gorgeous 'Rex' - he was a 'rescue' dog from the RSPCA at 8 years. He is now 13 years old, very loving and loyal to his 'pack', but would lay his life on the line for us, I'm sure, should the need ever arise !

Oh i love all dogs, much prefer them to people, i have a tendancy toward the ancient and northern breeds due to the somewhat wild spirit still being present.

My preference in a pet / companion dog would always lean toward a dog that presents a challenge no matter what its breeding.

Dogs i have been fortunate enough to share my life with so far have ranged in size from a Yorkshire terrier to a great dane, adored each and every one of them :-4

I know how you feel about the name Freckles. We got a cat that was already named Peanut and I hate it.

You have nothing to apologise for Hops. Your joke was your style and your style Is consistent so we all know your only joking and don't take offence.
