Working in the food and drink industry, I get grease on my clothes a LOT. A weird thing that I've found to get those stains out? Lysol's basin tub and tile scrubbing bubbles. Foam up the spot, let it sit for a few and toss it in the wash. Works like a charm.

I'm a major fan of oxyclean. That stuff will get out anything.
