AMBER ALERT: Toddlers Believed Abducted In Kissimmee

A statewide Amber Alert was issued Thursday morning for a 14-month-old girl from Kissimmee who police believe was abducted by a 28-year-old man.

Samaya Turner-James was last seen in the 1300 block of Dorado Drive. Authorities believe a second child -- 2Ã‚Â½-year-old Sierra Turner-James -- is also missing.

Police believe the girls were taken by Michael James and may be traveling in a dark blue 1989 four-door Mazda 626 with Florida tag number B116DZ. Authorities believe they may have traveled out of state and the children are endangered.

Sierra and Samaya may only be wearing diapers.

James is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall weighing 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
