CA Amber Alert

The CHP and the Stocton Police Department issued the amber alert on Wednesday Evening after the child was apparently kidnapped by a boarder who had threatened to kill her family.

JUANA MARTINEZ 12 years, Hispanic female, 5'3", 110 lbs. with brown eyes and long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a burgundy sweater, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.

Police are looking for Jose Thomas, 21 yrs., Hispanic male, 5'6", 170 lbs. with short black hair, brown eyes and a cleanshaven face.

The suspect vehicle is a maroon Honda Accord with a broken right rear window covered by white paper.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Stockton Police Department at 209-937-8377 or dial 911.

Thanks Peg! the suspect's real name is Tomas Miguel Pedro. i'll look for a pic of the girl.
