I can certainly understand that lobbyist is a dirty word. This lot APPEAR to be saying good things about their intentions but I have no real frame of reference. If this is not usual it will seem odd.

Yeah, this is much smaller scale I think the idea is. If you live on a salt marsh you don't need much rise in sea level to be non-viable. It doesn't contradict the westward pressure theory, it's just another factor.
