on 3 occassions now i've found myself inside therestriction zone of a bird flu outbreak, its somewhat worrying when you see all the official activity and the police stop you and ask where you are going and check your car, etc.

some swans just died in dorset and tested positive for bird flu.

I'm wondering why this happens every so often but doesnt go much further - will an outbreak ever occur or just these isolated pockets of infection?

i do wonder though she had 6 kids so where were they, and she was in labour for 12 hours while her husband was up the pub - thats rather a long drinking session, so presumably he knew she was in labour, or did he not come back for days on end?

actually i should get hold of the book a nd experiment - apparently you can even make baked potatoes and cakes in it - i'd like to come home to baked poatatoes ready cooked.You have to put them in foil - i think this will be my next experiment with my slow cooker.
