Allergy to mosquito bites
<t>I have a similar problem with the little bloodsuckers but I have found that one of the reasons they are so attracted to me is my smell. When I eat bananas my body evidently puts off a scent that attracts them in droves. At this time of year I steer clear of bananas and add garlic pills to my diet...

For Pet Owners
<t>There are studies involving the effectiveness of vaccines in dogs ongoing as we speak. To my knowledge one must test the dogs level of immunity through bloodwork however this process is costly. Generalizations cannot be made as there are too many factors involved including but not limited to bree...

What would you do if you just didn't give a darn...anymore?
I would tell my boys they're on their own, blow off my boss, pack up my wonderful husband and our clever canines head for the mountains or maybe the beach for the rest of our lives.

Friends.
I am fairly good at making friends in person but on the internet it is difficult. I don't trust others very readily and posting this way for me feels kinda like, Idon't know, I guess I'm just not accustomed to 'talking' to a screen instead of a pair of eyes.

Forum Etiquette
This is my first forum, as well as my first computer, so I still have difficulty when it comes to typing what I want to say and not having it come out all wrong. I guess I became so dependent on tone, inflection and facial expression that I have not yet mastered the "cold call" so to speak.

Just Sharing My Puppy!
<t>Tell me more. What does he weigh? How old is he? How long have you had him? Have you picked out a puppy kindergarten yet? How is potty training going, are you using a crate? Remember, toy breeds tend to be a tad stubborn when it comes to housetraining so be patient! Consistency breeds reliability...

Somebody has the right idea!
<t>Jives,<br/> <br/> I'm curious, having only just today joined this forum I am unfamiliar with your background. Are you an animal behaviorist, trainer, vet, or otherwise educated individual? I find your statements on this subject interesting and would like to know more about where you are coming fr...

Somebody has the right idea!
If more states would take that kind of proactive approach, pet overpopulation could be greatly reduced in this country.

What kind of Pets does everyone have?
<t>I have four dogs. A Chow-Chow, who at 5 is clearly the leader of my pack, (after me, of course). An 11 year old Min-Pin, still a puppy at heart and a full size Doberman in his mind. A golden retriever, just turned 1, my son's pride and joy, and my 15 month old Chow/Akita/GSD mix who is my friend,...
