had a tremendous storm last night gale force winds and bucketing rain. at the mo its still gale force winds but no rain.

sharks like most predators will attack what prey is available and easiest. its common for sharks to attack prey then wait for the prey to die to avoid injury from a struggling animal. i suspect that when humans are attacked then left this is what they are doing.

the medication problem is common with many psychiatric disorders why take take tablets if you feel ok? it also happens with other people with physical illnesses who constanly have to take meds. taking the tablets is a constant reminder of the illness or condition.
