<t>The reason I asked was because I used to have dreams that I'd have when I was still awake....and I knew I was awake.....once it triggered I couldn't stop it until it ran its course. I've also had what you call lucid dreaming as well....it happens pretty frequently but I don't feel exhausted. Late...

just wondering.....do these dreams trigger when you're still awake and you know you are awake or are you aware of yourself being asleep? Natani
