Has anyone ever owned a time share? If so, what do you think of Shell Vacations Club? We are currently owners, but want out. It has been the worse experience. We have owned 3 different ones and this one by far has not lived up to its promise....

If it is going to happen, a 3rd world country is likely to do it...my guess is Israel will be the first to be hit.
