I adore peonies but it is too warm to grow them where I live. I have to be content with paying a fortune for them if I want some or want to give them to someone else. Love your photo and hope it grows into a big bush for you one day.

Any idea why my property is fungusville?
You mentioned that you have lots of sun but even in a sunny/hot climate it is best to water the garden first thing in the morning rather than at night. This will help to discourage fungus.
